🌱 Who We Are

NarcFree Soul is a survivor-led blog and awareness platform dedicated to helping people understand, recognize, and heal from narcissistic abuse, toxic family dynamics, and emotionally manipulative relationships.

Founded by Anup A, a survivor of narcissistic parental abuse, NarcFree Soul is built on the foundation of lived experience, self-education, and a deep desire to break generational cycles of trauma and silence.

We are not mental health professionals, but we speak from a place of authentic healing, empathy, and courage — offering others a road-map that we ourselves are walking.

🎯 Our Mission

Our mission is to:

âś… Educate readers about narcissism, emotional abuse, and trauma
âś… Empower survivors to break free from toxic relationships and reclaim their identity
âś… Create awareness in communities where such abuse is normalised or invisible
âś… Speak the truth about pain, patterns, and personal growth
âś… Support healing through knowledge, language, and emotional validation

We believe that knowledge is liberation — and when you name the abuse, you begin to neutralise its power.

📚 What You’ll Find on NarcFree Soul

  • âś… Personal reflections and insights based on lived trauma

🧠 We Believe…

  • You don’t need a diagnosis to know something is wrong.
  • Emotional abuse is real, even if it’s invisible.
  • Being a scapegoat doesn’t mean you’re weak — it means you were the strongest.
  • Healing is messy but worth it.
  • Sharing truth can save lives.

đź”’ Our Core Values

  • Empathy over judgement
  • Truth over silence
  • Growth over shame
  • Validation over gas-lighting
  • Experience over empty advice
